By accessing and using HisaZangu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HisaZangu is a stock portfolio tracking tool for Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) securities. The Service allows users to track stock prices, manage a self-entered portfolio, maintain a watchlist, and set price alerts.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information provided on HisaZangu is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. HisaZangu is not a licensed financial adviser, broker, dealer, or investment adviser.

HisaZangu does not recommend, endorse, solicit, or advise on buying, selling, or holding any specific stock, security, portfolio, or investment strategy. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information provided by the Service. Always verify information independently and consider consulting a licensed financial adviser before investing.

4. Market Data, Attribution, and Non-Affiliation

Market data displayed on HisaZangu is sourced from Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange public market data feeds and may include current quote data, daily price data, historical price data, volume, turnover, issued shares, and related market fields.

HisaZangu is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange, Capital Markets and Securities Authority, any listed company, broker, or financial institution unless expressly stated in writing.

While we strive for accuracy, market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, or later corrected. Different DSE data feeds may also show different values for fields such as current market price, daily closing price, previous close, and turnover. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of market data shown in the Service.

5. Portfolio Estimates and User-Entered Data

Portfolio values, gains, losses, fees, averages, alerts, and analytics are estimates based on available market data and information entered by you. They may not match official broker statements, contract notes, tax records, settlement values, or actual executable market prices.

You are responsible for ensuring that transactions, quantities, dates, prices, fees, and notes you enter into HisaZangu are accurate. HisaZangu does not verify your ownership of securities or the correctness of user-entered portfolio data.

6. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of portfolio data you enter

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

8. Investment Risk and Limitation of Liability

Investing in securities involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance, charts, price movements, alerts, or portfolio calculations do not guarantee future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HisaZangu and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any investment decisions made based on information from the Service
• Any errors, omissions, delays, or corrections in market data
• Unauthorized access to your data

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on HisaZangu are the property of HisaZangu. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
